Responsibilities

  • Cataloguing, recording, indexing, filing, maintaining, copying and/or scanning all records, including facility and historical documents.
  • Processing documents that are due for renewal and tracking their progress.
  • Processing and tracking document change requests from receipt through approval.
  • Overall implementation and maintenance of the records program.

Requirements

  • Experience in document control and recordkeeping in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency with computers, different software programs, and generating reports.
  • Attention to detail, judgment ability, accuracy, and excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
