Responsibilities
- Cataloguing, recording, indexing, filing, maintaining, copying and/or scanning all records, including facility and historical documents.
- Processing documents that are due for renewal and tracking their progress.
- Processing and tracking document change requests from receipt through approval.
- Overall implementation and maintenance of the records program.
Requirements
- Experience in document control and recordkeeping in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with computers, different software programs, and generating reports.
- Attention to detail, judgment ability, accuracy, and excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
