Key Responsibilities
- Routine batch printing including ad hoc print requests
- Batch label printing and reconciliation
- Logbook review, finalization, and reconciliation
- Data scanning and uploading to the eQMS
- Document filing, storage, archiving, and recalling
- Organize and manage the Document Control room
- Support eQMS requests (e.g., issuing document names and numbers)
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting document control activities within a cGMP or other regulated environment (e.g., biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device); familiarity with electronic quality management systems (eQMS) and document lifecycle processes, including version control, change control, and archival within a GMP framework; strong technical writing skills, with experience drafting and editing controlled documents such as SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and forms; demonstrated attention to detail and a strong quality-focused mindset; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information; highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
