What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Enter and verify claim-related data with high accuracy
- Review and edit mobile app transcriptions
- Communicate effectively with team members and Content Claims Specialists
- Document and upload pertinent claim-related information while maintaining detailed notes
- Submit daily work/time logs and apply QA feedback promptly
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Secondary School diploma
- Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles
- Reliable high-speed internet and personal computer or laptop running Windows 10 or 11
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office/Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
