Temporary Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Contact trucking companies and drivers via phone, text, and email
• Schedule appointments and gather required information
• Follow up with customers to ensure compliance requirements are completed
• Document customer interactions and update records
• Provide professional, friendly customer service

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple follow-ups and work independently

Duration
