Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting for experienced hires
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates
- Screens and assess candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers
- Cook up and coordinate interviews and debrief sessions
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Keep applicant tracking system updated and ensure job postings are accurate
- Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers
- Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm required, 5+ years preferred
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment
- Proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday preferred
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
