Temporary Consulting, Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Temporary Consulting Senior Recruiter to join Baker Tilly and support our experienced-hire recruiting team. This role will partner with hiring leaders, manage full life-cycle recruitment, and source top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for experienced hires
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
• Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates
• Screens and assess candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers
• Cook up and coordinate interviews and debrief sessions
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keep applicant tracking system updated and ensure job postings are accurate
• Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm required, 5+ years preferred
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment
• Ability to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday preferred
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
