About the Role

The Certification Specialist delivers required client content to contractors so they can successfully provide services and meet client goals. They format and adapt client-provided content for interactive, engaging virtual presentations and re-certify existing independent contractors on new client information.

Responsibilities

  • Present and convey client information to independent contractors in a live virtual environment.
  • Co-facilitate certification groups.
  • Complete daily progress reports to Operations on class status.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure client policies and procedures are up to date.
  • Create and update certification content.
  • Gather feedback from independent contractors to identify trends.
  • Host refresher sessions to keep contractors updated on client policies, products, and procedures.
  • Implement and evaluate techniques used for certifying independent contractors.
  • Meet one-on-one with contractors who are behind on certification content.
  • Assist new contractors during their first 1-2 weeks of service after certification.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Own a laptop or desktop computer equipped with an HD webcam (2 monitors recommended).
  • Fast and stable internet connection.
  • Headset with a microphone.
  • Technological proficiency.
  • Must be available nights and weekends as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, well-lit, and distraction-free environment.

Schedule

Hours vary depending on client needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel to NexRep headquarters at least twice per year and to client locations as needed is required (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
