About the role
Career Development Specialist supports operations to deliver an excellent Career Development experience to our Consulting Team staff and CD stakeholders. The role involves supporting the Career Development Committee (CDC) meetings, managing CDC logistics, facilitating feedback processes, and enabling CD Advisors and team leaders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage CDC meetings, ensuring key pre-meeting tasks are completed in Workday.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including space needs, invite distribution, and technology setup.
- Track and update post-meeting outcomes in Workday.
- Collaborate with the Talent team to ensure accurate project-based reviews and timelines.
- Leverage reporting to identify and follow up on outstanding reviews.
- Support local CD leadership, providing answers to CD Advisor questions and preparing material for meetings.
- Engage in regular touchpoints with CD peers across North America, sharing learnings and best practices.
- Communicate CD Advisor assignments to new and newly promoted CT staff.
- Support People Team Sr. Manager in onboarding sessions, trainings, and cohort meetings.
- Handle inquiries from CT staff and communicate CD Advisor assignments to new and newly promoted CT staff.
- Provide ongoing support to the People team leaders of Platinion, including the Business Management Senior Director, People Team Sr. Manager, and the Talent Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., HR, talent, staffing, operations).
- Experience with Workday and/or performance management is preferred.
- Prior experience at BCG or another professional services firm is preferred.
- Experience in a People-related role is preferred.

$36 per hour
Schedule
Hybrid model, with the expectation that team members will be in the office 3 to 5 days per week.
