Assists in coordinating, scheduling and executing the maintenance of Graham Center and Wolfe Center buildings.

Desired Qualifications
- Assists skilled trade employees and the installation and maintenance of fixtures, equipment, and machinery.
- Performs preventative maintenance schedule in the routine service and minor repairs of mechanical systems and equipment, under the guidance of the Associate Director of Facilities and Operations.
- Provides support with event setups to ensure programs are held successfully.
- Responds to reported issues, deficiencies, and submits work order requests.
- Aid in opening and closing procedures of the assigned areas.
- Understand and analyze custodial, event, and maintenance conditions, trends, and facility usage patterns to recommend process improvements, optimize scheduling, and reduce response times for reported issues.
- Utilize data from events and facility operations to identify recurring issues and collaborate with leadership to implement proactive maintenance strategies.
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility operations, including work order completion times, repair needs, event setup and breakdowns and staffing efficiency, providing regular updates to management.
- Aid in creating reports to monitor facility usage, event needs, student staff performance, and maintenance activity, ensuring data-driven decision-making in daily operations.
- Provide insights from facility and staffing data to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce operational downtime.
- Collaborate on the development of standardized workflows for event needs and maintenance requests, leveraging data to ensure consistent service quality and streamlined operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience.
Work Schedule
Thursday - Monday: 8am to 4:30pm
Advertised Salary
$16.00 an hour
