Temporary Bookkeeper - St. Cletus - La Grange - Vic. V

Responsibilities

  • Handles all bookkeeping functions including but not limited to: Reconciles bank accounts
  • Processes/post accounts payable transactions and ensures that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in a timely manner
  • Processes cash receipts, records/post deposits
  • Posts wire transfers, ACH and credit card transactions
  • Gathers Procurement Card Expense reports and receipts submitted by each cardholder monthly
  • Posts payroll journal entries
  • Prepares monthly financial reports (as requested)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

This position has an hourly range of $20.00 - $30.00. An employee’s pay within the range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
