Responsibilities
- Handles all bookkeeping functions including but not limited to: Reconciles bank accounts
- Processes/post accounts payable transactions and ensures that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in a timely manner
- Processes cash receipts, records/post deposits
- Posts wire transfers, ACH and credit card transactions
- Gathers Procurement Card Expense reports and receipts submitted by each cardholder monthly
- Posts payroll journal entries
- Prepares monthly financial reports (as requested)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
This position has an hourly range of $20.00 - $30.00. An employee’s pay within the range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
