Key Responsibilities
- Entering and reconciling daily deposits
- Client billing and payment posting
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- General ledger maintenance and journal entries
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Purchasing and vendor management
- Aiding the Director of Operations with routine operational and financial functions
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or Business or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a service-related or professional services environment; law firm experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong technical aptitude; advanced IT skills a plus
- HR or payroll-related experience is preferred but not required
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
Compensation
