Responsibilities
- Distributes work via customer relationship management system to appropriate Benefits Team personnel across the country.
- Runs reports for the benefits group using various Insperity systems and data sources and distributes to relevant parties.
- Supports audit and administrative functions and processes for the National Benefits Team.
- Develops and maintains knowledge and understanding of Insperity’s benefit offerings to clients and worksite employees.
- Assists with internal and external meeting coordination, logistics, and scheduling for the national benefits team.
- Provides project support as necessary throughout the year.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Two years of related work experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and learning agility.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Ability to serve customers in a team environment.
- Ability to interact with multiple internal and external business units.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain effective work relations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and activities in an efficient and timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently follow up on client and internal requests and needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook); intermediate required, advanced preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn other application programs as needed.
