Temperature Controls Sales Estimator

About the role

Havel is looking for a Temperature Controls Sales Estimator to sell building automation system add-ons, upgrades, and installations by providing innovative solutions, timely quotations, and accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Annually quote, book, and achieve gross margins goals.
• Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible.
• Properly control total cost so that the Division operates profitably.
• Maintain a monthly planning calendar to track projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales and estimation experience, preferably in temperature controls, electrical systems, HVAC, or construction industry.
• Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to persuade and close sales.
• Willing to travel on a regular basis.
• Self-motivated with great organizational skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Pay

Compensation range: $80,000 - $95,000 annual salary.

Eligible for a company vehicle or supplemental vehicle allowance for work-related travel.

Eligible for profit-sharing bonus.
