COMPENSATION

$14.00 Per hour

POSITION SUMMARY

Redstone Residential seeks hardworking and reliable temporary workers to assist with a variety of tasks based on the needs of each property.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or other property-related duties
• Auxiliary with general upkeep and cleanliness of the property, including trash removal and cleaning checks
• Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed
• Drive company vehicles or equipment if required (subject to applicable licensing)
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
