Lead - Various Shifts About the role Join our team of inspiring leaders who drive exceptional service for our customers. As the Lead, you'll oversee operations, train teams, and ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and complete orders accurately and on time
• Assign tasks to employees and review workload
• Train and coach warehouse team, providing developmental opportunities and recommending performance improvements
• Utilize warehouse management systems and maintain work documents
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures
• Safely operate various equipment and tools
• Support and back up warehouse management
• Track orders and investigate problems
• Catalog and track goods and supplies
• Maintain a clean environment according to the 7S program
• Work safely to protect yourself and your team

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 1 year of SAP experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and planned/unplanned overtime
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor
• Skills in inventory control and cycle counting

What you need to succeed

• Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
• Reach heights of 23+ feet with a reach truck or cherry picker
• Carry objects 3-5 feet weighing up to 50 lbs, routinely
• Stand for prolonged periods of time >4 hours
• Walk continuously for more than 10,000 steps (4-5) miles per day
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull objects of various shapes and sizes in team lifts
• Tolerate hot and cold work environments
