Temp to Permanent (Only for Current Temp Workers)

Responsibilities

• Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals.
• Demonstrate adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives.
• Embrace and promote company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance, and a union-free environment.
• Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.
• Participate in team and safety meetings and promote safety within the workplace.
• Ensure equipment and workstations/areas are cleaned daily.
• Understand and perform job tasks in a safe, quality and timely manner.
• Meet daily production goals through continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Support company values and goals to establish a world class organization.
• Assure that all work is performed according to work order request and specification.
• Visual inspect incoming material to ensure no defects.
• Support and communicate with Team Leaders on a daily basis as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma, or its equivalent, preferred, but not required unless entering as a Team Leader or above.
• Must successfully pass an observed drug screen and background check.
• Logistics positions that operate a powered industrial truck must have a valid driver's license.
