Temp to Hire- Sr Apparel (Mens) Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from initial concept through final product execution
• Create seasonal concepts, color stories, silhouettes, and product assortments
• Create sketches, CADs, tech packs, and presentation materials
• Research fashion trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Technical Design, and Production teams
• Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the development lifecycle
• Present seasonal direction and design concepts to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of apparel design experience (Men’s, Unisex)
• Strong men’s or unisex apparel design background
• Experience in streetwear, surf, skate, lifestyle, or contemporary categories
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative vision and product execution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
