Temp Sr. Equipment Technician (Compressed Shift 1P-1A)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain test and bonding equipment using CMMS system
• Support installation of process tools
• Collect and evaluate equipment data, including SPC, to ensure baseline and quality maintenance standards
• Create preventative maintenance procedures
• Drive suggestions for improvements and new procedures
• Ensure lab safety, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain 5S organization
• Cross-train other technicians
• Support operations as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years equipment maintenance experience (not required)
• Associate Degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent working experience
• Strong background in equipment maintenance
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand electrical schematics, pneumatic drawings, and piping schematics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General understanding of SPC
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Ability to work in a clean room environment, work from ladders, and lift
• Prior experience with the Emergency Response Team and ability to wear respirators and SCBA equipment
• Personal modesty to enhance teamwork dynamics
• Ability to be on call on a rotating basis, if needed

Pay

• Equipment Technician I: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
• Equipment Technician II: $26.00 to $33.80 per hour
• Sr Equipment Technician: $28.50 to $38.50 per hour

Schedule

• Shift B: Sunday-Tuesday bi-Wednesday 1P-1A
• Shift D: Thursday-Saturday bi-Wednesday 1P-1A
