Job Requirements

• Follow all company policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Inspect incoming materials
• Evaluate suppliers
• Check products before shipment as needed
• Verify products that have been audited
• Resolve job-related issues quickly in a way that supports company goals and promotes harmony
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business operations and do other needed duties

What your background should look like

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary
• The ability to use measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, tool scopes, and scales is required
• The ability to read and understand documents such as policies, procedures, drawings, and other relevant materials is necessary
• The ability to communicate verbally and in writing to share information required for essential tasks is necessary
• The ability to solve problems efficiently is necessary

Compensation

• A competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $33,200 – $49,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
