Job Overview

This is a temporary role within TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams. These teams ensure products and their parts meet specifications and quality standards by testing and checking products based on performance and reliability.

Job Requirements

• Follow all company policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Inspect incoming materials
• Evaluate suppliers
• Check products before shipment as needed
• Verify products that have been audited
• Resolve job-related issues quickly in a way that supports company goals and promotes harmony
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business operations and do other needed duties

What your background should look like

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary
• The ability to use measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, tool scopes, and scales is required
• Reading and understanding documents such as policies, procedures, drawings, and other relevant materials is important
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and in writing, are needed to share information required for essential tasks
• Problem-solving skills are necessary to solve problems efficiently

Compensation

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $33,200 – $49,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
