Temp HR Coordinator (HRIS Admin)

Job Description

EBAD is looking to hire a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join the team in Simsbury, CT.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be first line of support for all employees and triage inquiries as necessary in a timely manner
  • Aid with day-to-day coordination of HR processes, programs, and initiatives
  • Own the pre-hire and onboarding process including new hire preparation, day one orientation and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate and timely entry of employee data within HR systems including Workday and IFS
  • Become Workday and IFS lead for the EBAD Simsbury HR Team; partner with Workday and IFS stakeholders to increase efficiency of HR processes
  • Coin recognition, service anniversary and tuition reimbursement programs
  • Cook the HR staffing dashboard and various Workday and Excel reports as needed for the HR Team

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry of critical employee information
  • Prioritize maintaining high standards of confidentiality
  • Prior experience in human resources or business preferred
  • Show a positive and professional presence to internal and external customers
  • Capable of working on multiple projects and collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Shows the initiative to provide possible solutions when faced with challenges
  • Quickly learns new HR systems; experience using Workday and/or IFS is preferred
  • Must have exceptional written and oral communication skills
