TEMP Director of Operations

About the role

As a Director of Hotel Operations, you’re not just directing daily hotel operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations: lead, direct, and manage daily operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service delivery, and compliance with brand and company standards
• Drive operational excellence: ensure service quality, efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with brand standards across all departments
• Enhance performance and productivity: identify gaps in processes or team performance and implement strategies for improvement
• Lead quality and service initiatives: drive the hotel’s quality assurance process by setting goals, enabling service recovery, and monitoring guest satisfaction metrics
• Cultivate a high-performing team: recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
