About the role
We are seeking a Teller Supervisor (Client Service Associate Lead) to join our team at the Flamingo / Sandhill branch in Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily activities of client service associates.
- Coach and counsel branch staff to improve customer service, sales, and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
- Help develop action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
- Ensure the branch provides quality service while protecting against loss.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
- Supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with, the branch management team.
- Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques, including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
- Process cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience, or successful completion of company-approved training.
- Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
- Working knowledge of math.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay
$21.50 - $23.66/hour, depending on experience.
