Teller (Starting Pay $19/hr.) - Windsor, CO

About This Role

This candidate will be expected to travel to neighboring branches as needed, which may include up to five days per week depending on business needs, with an average commute of approximately 30 miles one way. This role may also require extended multi-week assignments at other branch locations. We seek a team-oriented, positive, and outgoing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Process customer transactions with a friendly, positive attitude and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

• Stand for long periods of time and lift/carry up to 25 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community.
• Unrestricted work authorization; no future sponsorship required.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish (eligible for an additional 10% pay).
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Previous Teller experience.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite at the posted branch location, with an environment designed to foster innovation, mentorship, and collaboration. Work location is subject to change based on business needs, including travel to neighboring branches or extended multi-week assignments at other locations.

Pay

Starting pay for Teller positions is $19/hour. Final compensation may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level.
