Teller Specialist - Dallas Branch

About the role

Maps Credit Union is expanding its service footprint with the addition of a new Dallas Branch. We are seeking a Teller Specialist who can engage with members professionally and positively, providing excellent customer service and enhancing member relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process account services for members
• Assess member needs and recommend products and services
• Achieve monthly goals
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, checks, and money orders within policy limits
• Comply with regulatory and policy requirements and Credit Union operations and security procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience and 1 year of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Must be bondable and meet Maps' background check and credit reporting standards

Pay

Starting Non-Exempt Wage: $19.50 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn monthly incentives. Bilingual Teller Specialists receive an additional .50/hour bilingual pay differential.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, business hours. Rotating Saturdays are also required.
