Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services
• Serve a diverse group of customers, from new account openings to experienced investors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
• Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services

Pay

The salary range for the role is $20.00 - $23.50/hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Rotational Saturday 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
