About the role
Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services. Acts as the Bank's personal representative with its customers, providing efficient, accurate and friendly service; builds strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. Some Tellers are assigned as Area Tellers; staff in these roles are assigned a number of branch locations to support.
Responsibilities
- Consistently performs North Shore Bank Quality of Services standards with both external and internal customers that meets expectations and promotes customer willingness to keep, expand and refer banking relationships with North Shore Bank.
- Engages customers in meaningful conversations and asks questions to identify cross-selling opportunities; makes appropriate blend of qualified referrals to branch personnel and branch business partners on a consistent basis to meet goals as communicated by Branch Administration.
- Uses customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
