Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services, acting as the Bank’s personal representative to provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service while building strong customer relationships.
- Consistently perform North Shore Bank Quality of Service standards for both external and internal customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify cross-selling opportunities and make qualified referrals to branch personnel and business partners to meet goals.
- Use the customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
- Some Tellers may be assigned as Area Tellers, supporting multiple branch locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the efficient and effective operation of North Shore Bank.
Pay
Starting at $18+ per hour, based on experience.
