Teller / Member Services Representative (Part-time)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Balancing your cash drawer daily and ensuring all transactions are accurate.
• Aiding members in person, over the phone, and by mail.
• Identifying member needs and cross-selling products and services that add value.
• Resolving member concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related experience in a financial institution or similar cashier role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy and comfort working with numbers.
• Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule: varying shifts Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays, 20-25 hours per week.
