About the role

As a Teller I, you will engage in a wide range of financial transactions and services for our valued customers. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing banking needs, or identifying opportunities to introduce new or enhanced UCB products and services, our ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional assistance. Core responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing, safeguarding both bank and customer assets by adhering to established procedures, and fostering strong customer relationships through outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a cash handling/customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills

Conditions of Employment

• Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check

This is a full-time, non-remote position. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

USD $18.00 /Hr.
