TELLER I

About the role

The Teller role at our Military Avenue branch in Green Bay involves creating a positive first impression, establishing strong member relationships, processing member transactions, and assisting members with account maintenance and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently
• Aid members with problem resolution
• Build member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate

Requirements

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required
