The Relationship Specialist plays a crucial role in building strong member relationships by providing exceptional financial support and advice. Key responsibilities include opening new accounts, enrolling new members, processing applications, resolving complex member issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build member relationships through financial support and advice
- Open new accounts and enroll new members during initial consultations
- Process applications and resolve complex member issues
- Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and address future needs
- Adapt to new or non-traditional environments and demonstrate commitment to the community
- Be technologically savvy, especially with self-service options, and stay updated on consumer needs and trends
Requirements
- Technologically savvy, especially with self-service options

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales/customer service experience
- Spanish-speaking is helpful, but not required
- Saturday availability is required

Pay
The starting pay range for a new hire in this role is $21-$23 per hour. The wage/salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several qualifying factors, including but not limited to: years of relevant experience, years of industry experience, education, etc.
Schedule
Saturday availability is required.
