We are seeking a Full-Time, On-site employee to provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with our members and fellow Advians.
Responsibilities
- Answer member’s questions
- Service member’s accounts
- Utilize natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs
- Recommend products and services that will best benefit their individual financial needs
- Be the face of Advia
Requirements

- A strong communication skills
- Cash handling and customer service experience (preferred, but trainable)

Qualifications
- Bilingual premium for Spanish language proficiency required (proficiency testing is required)

Pay
Entry Salary Range: $16.06-$19.27 per hour with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance.
