Pay

$16.06–$19.27 per hour with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance. Advia offers a bilingual premium for this role; proficiency testing is required, with a specific need for Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and build impactful, lasting relationships with members and colleagues
• Answer members’ questions and service their accounts
• Actively listen and uncover members’ needs to recommend products and services that best fit their individual financial needs
• Maintain the highest level of service with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency
• Match Advia products and services as solutions to members’ needs

Requirements

• Genuine care for people, acting with integrity and keeping people at the core
• Willingness to learn and appreciation of coaching to foster professional growth

• Strong communication skills
• Cash handling and customer service experience strongly preferred (training available)
