About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Financial Advisor. This role offers competitive compensation starting at $16.06-$19.27 per hour with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with our members and fellow Advians.
• Answer member’s questions and service their accounts.
• Utilize natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs, recommending products and services that best benefit their individual financial needs.
• Be the face of Advia.

• Strong communication skills.
• Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred, but we can teach these skills too!

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish language is required for bilingual employees.
• Specifically, Spanish language proficiency is needed for Advia's bilingual premium role.
• Experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred, but training is provided.
