Pay
$16.06–$19.27 per hour with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance. Advia offers a bilingual premium for this role, acknowledging and compensating bilingual employees who regularly use their language skills to assist members. Proficiency testing is required, with a specific need for Spanish language proficiency.

Your responsibilities include answering members' questions, servicing their accounts, and using active listening to uncover needs and recommend products and services tailored to their financial goals.
