About the role
You will provide outstanding service and build impactful, lasting relationships with our members and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include answering member questions, servicing their accounts, and using active listening to uncover needs and recommend products and services that best fit their individual financial needs. As the face of Advia, you’ll maintain the highest level of service with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Answer member questions and service accounts.
- Actively listen to uncover member needs.
- Recommend Advia products and services as solutions tailored to individual financial needs.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in all interactions.
- Foster relationships and build trust with members.
Requirements
- Genuine care for people, acting with integrity and keeping people at the core.
- Willingness to learn and appreciation for coaching to foster professional growth.
- Desire to be empowered to find ways to say "Yes!" to members.
- Strong communication skills.
- Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred (training available).
- Team-centered mentality.
Qualifications
- Bilingual premium available for employees who regularly use their language skills to assist members (proficiency testing required; Spanish language proficiency specifically needed).

Pay
$16.06–$19.27 per hour, with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance.
