About the role
Gate City Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers at their Waite Park Cashwise office.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with routine banking transactions
- Provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products
- Maintain balanced cash drawers and adhere to cash-handling expectations
- Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others

Pay
Pay Range: $18.25-$19.25 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday: 12:00 PM6:15 PM. Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM12:15 PM (two on, one off).
