About the role
Greet bank customers and provide quality service as a teller and personal banker.
Responsibilities
- Perform teller transactions
- Open and maintain new accounts
- Accept note payments and wire transfers
- Process incoming and outgoing collection items
- Complete daily proof work
- Handle debit card issues
- Provide support and service to customers and employees
- Drive for customer satisfaction and embrace the bank’s sales and cross-servicing culture by learning and having knowledge of our products and services
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
- Must be able to pass a credit, background, and reference check
