Teller CSR

Primary Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments in a professional and courteous manner according to established guidelines
• Open new accounts
• Provide service and perform maintenance on existing accounts
• Assist with safe deposit box entries
• Answer customer (both internal and external) inquiries
• Answer and direct calls
• Cross‑sell products
• Resolve customer concerns
• Remain attentive and alert to the needs of customers

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary

Hourly, pending

Skills

• Experience in a community bank environment (preferred, not required)
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as complete projects using a team approach
• Basic computer skills
• Cash handling experience (preferred)
• Ability to handle multi‑task situations
