About the role
The role involves providing customer service, handling cash transactions, processing deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services. The position requires bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about bank products and services.
- Process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Manage customer accounts, including account maintenance and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
