About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting customers with banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in processing payments.
• Provide accurate and helpful customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer accounts and assist with account inquiries.
• Follow bank policies and procedures to maintain security and compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with banking products and services is a plus.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
