Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate balancing procedures.
• Stay informed on credit union updates and policies.
• Address member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Cross‑sell products and services tailored to members’ financial needs.
• Handle member transactions and requests with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (minimum education level).
• Up to one year of sales experience in a retail or customer‑service environment.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivation and confidence in communicating product benefits.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to interpret various instructions.
• Creativity, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Commitment to confidentiality, effective multitasking, and delivering results in a fast‑paced setting.

Schedule

Monday‑Thursday: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
Approximately 29 hours per week with flexibility.
