Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our St Cloud branch. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. Responsibilities

• Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
• Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
• Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
• Grow with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities
• Enjoy working next to your Blaze teammates and managers helping each other to succeed
• Provide members with excellent service through face-to-face interactions on a daily basis

Schedule

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked)
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization

• Minimum High School degree or GED (required)
• Minimum of one year customer service experience
• Minimum of one year cash handling experience
• Previous financial service experience a plus

We are committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions. The salary range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
