TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE (ENTRY TO MID-LEVEL)

About the role

This role contributes to our sales efforts through proactive outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads. - Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. - Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule appointments for product demonstrations or further discussions. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-learning. - Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Passion for Sales and good marketing strategy on up selling our Products and Services with good Communication skills, or related fields, Degree not needed. - Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is not required for entry-level candidates. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. - A high school diploma is required; additional education or relevant certifications are a bonus.
