Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and triaging to the appropriate staff, department or office
- Calling patients to confirm appointments
Qualifications
- Seasoned telephone operator experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Outstanding customer service skills
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:45pm.
