TeleOperations Trainer

What’s the Job?

Provide training support to new hires and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, coaching, and performance feedback. Review daily performance feedback and address training deficiencies escalated by instructors. Grade hands-on assessments and provide feedback to training coordinators and stakeholders. Conduct formal audits of operator performance for both new and experienced team members. Assist with training material updates and collaborate with coordinators to improve the training curriculum.

What’s Needed?

• At least 3 months as a fully trained individual on the TeleOps team
• 1–3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) industry
• Knowledge of TeleOps procedures and operational responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen
