How you'll contribute
- Performs continual surveillance of multiple monitors.
- Identifies significant arrhythmias and/or signs of patient distress and intervenes appropriately.
- Identifies and corrects for artifacts.
- Reports abnormal assessment and telemetry findings or changes in patient physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Tests equipment for proper working order.
- Reports equipment problems to supervisor.

What we're looking for
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required; Associate's degree Preferred
- Licenses: EMT, EMT-P, CNA, SRNA, or CMA Preferred or completion of first semester clinical rotation in an accredited Nursing Degree Program (ADN or BSN).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Required; Completion of Cardiac Telemetry Certification within 1 year of hire; Evidence of successful completion of Telemetry/Dysrhythmia course
- Two years of telemetry experience and HUC
