About the role
Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care as a registered nurse, providing age-specific and specialty-appropriate nursing care in compliance with legal, hospital, and nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Follow physician orders and maintain patient confidentiality
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures
- Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Assist with diagnostic or treatment procedures
- Participate in quality assessment activities
- Attend meetings and perform assigned tasks
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)
- Current RN licensure without sanctions
- 2+ years full-time RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare roles
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Background checks required for certain regions
