This role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and deliver age-specific and specialty-appropriate care
- Follow physician orders
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Collect lab samples and perform lab tests
- Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Prepare equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures
- Participate in quality assessments
- Attend staff meetings
- Perform assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)
- Current RN licensure
- At least 2 years of RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare roles
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Fluency in English
- Background checks as required
